$20 "B-grade" kegs - free s/h with orders over $100.

I want 1 or 2 - anyone else interested in this deal? If enough folks express interest to hit the minimum buy, I'll bankroll it & place the order on Friday morning.

Usually, b-grade kegs have dings and scuffs.  -Jim

Their ad shows o-ring kits and Star San for half price.  I'd gladly take 4 o-ring kits and a bottle of Star San.

It sounds like some of these grade B kegs also have loose rubber tops. If that's a problem for you you don't want these. But they are still offering 10% off everything and free shipping on $100+ which would be a decent deal in itself.

On the forum it looks like the sale starts on Thursday instead of Friday.
I'm going to take a look at the ad after midnight, we'll be up starting the smoker to do the turkey. If I catch you before you order I might get in. If not I'll order on my own. Don't wait for me.
Anyway, $20 a keg is about as cheap as you'll get one without finding a major score. If your'e considering kegging this is the time to get started. Even if you only get 1 just think about the time you save bottling. The rest of the setup (co2 tank, fittings hose) can be had fairly cheaply. You can even get these later. It might be a while before you see the kegs this cheap though.
Oh, and this gets too big let us know Lee.

Black Friday Sale - $20 kegs + free s/h

I just bought out the kegging system from a Guy in IC who had to give up home brewing.  I paid $25 a corny for his kegs and have 4 more than I really need. If anyone is interested in buying kegs, I'll sell them for what I paid. I'm going to pressurize them to make sure they are good to use. It looks like the sales have gone live at kegconnection.com.

The Grade B (i.e. loose top and/or bottom) kegs are $20.

O-Ring sets are $1.50 (normally $3).

Grade A kegs are $36 (normally $40).

The Brew Clean + Star San combo is $10 (normally $20). Note -- Star San is only 10% off when ordered outside of the combo.

The current order:
Lee - 1 x Grade B keg + 4 O-Rings - $26
Travis - 2 x Grade B kegs - $40
Potts - 4 x Orings + Star San(?) - $6 + ?
Tom B - ?

That puts us about $30 short of the minimum buy. If anyone else is interested, feel free to chime in. I'm planning on placing the order Friday morning.

Thanks,
Lee

Thanks Tom! Your input puts us $12 over the limit.

Potts -- do you still want a bottle of Star San, even though it's only 10% off? If so, which size do you want?

Updated order:
Lee - 1 x Grade B keg + 4 O-Rings - $26
Travis - 2 x Grade B kegs - $40
Potts - 4 x Orings + Star San(?) - $6 + ?
Tom B - 2 x Grade B kegs - $40

If anyone else is interested, please respond before Friday morning.

Travis -- I agreed about the o-rings. One of these days I'm just going to pony up for the cheap bags from McMaster for each of the three types. I think it's like $10 per bag of 100 for the dip tube & poppet valve o-rings and $10 per bag of 40 for the lid o-rings.

Updated order:
Lee - 1 x Grade B keg + 4 O-Rings - $26
Travis - 2 x Grade B kegs + 4 O-Rings - $46
Potts - 4 x Orings + Star San(?) - $6 + ?
Tom B - 2 x Grade B kegs - $40

If you don't mind, why don't you toss one of these http://stores.kegconnection.com/Detail.bok?no=455 into the order. This "free shipping" thing is hard to pass up.

I'll toss you some change for it on Monday, if that's okay.

Potts -- Sure, no problem regarding the drip tray. Do you still want the Star San? If so, which size?

Travis - 2 x Grade B kegs + 4 O-Rings - $46
Potts - Drip Tray + 4 x Orings + Star San(?) - $78 + ?
