Will there be another session with these same off flavors? Mondays are a bad night for me to get lose until after 8:30.

We only have one capsule of each flavor, but if this is well received we will likely order another set.

I'll be there. First time I've looked forward to off-flavors in beer.

I don't know if it still matters at this point, but I have a friend who administers the Certified Cicerone Exam and he said they use Sam Adams Light for their spikes.

Reminder - the first Off Flavor Tech Meeting will be this coming Monday, 10-Nov, starting around 7:00 at Lion Bridge Brewing Company.

Couple of things to note.
1. If you want to take notes, please bring your own writing material.
2. Everything else will be provided.
3. If you plan to attend, please make sure you've paid your dues for 2014.
