Since I have a free one designated, I will throw in some money towards the tickets we have to buy. I would suggest that everyone bringing beer gets a reduced ticket price. So if we have 10 people, 6 tickets get purchased for a total of $90. We split that so everyone pays $9 for the event. Since I have a free one I would give $9 and someone that bought a ticket would get $6, etc... In the end, we would all have paid $9.

We don't have to have 10. We will just adjust as needed based on the number of people who bring beer. If we have 8 its $7.50 each, 9 is $8.33 each, 10 is $9 each, etc...

10 allows us to have 10 taps flowing. Which I think is key to showing off our new bar.

Everyone else going make sure to get a ticket and it looks like the four folks with free tickets can give the rest of you money at the fest to even out the entry price. Tom said he could pick them up at Millstream. Right now I believe that is:

Who ever is making a ticket run, I would like one, I could meet to arrange to give you the money or pay the person upon seeing them at the even, either is good with me.

Status Update:
I am driving down with Tim, Jeremy and Dave. We should be in Amana about 11:15.
The four free ticket names (all willing to pay the ticket buyers to even it out):
Tony - 3 gal Oktoberfest
Kent - 2.5 gal Imperial Hefe
Matt - 2.5 gal "Over the line PA"
Tom B - Scottish 70 from a mobile unit
People that need a ticket:
Tim - 2.5 gal Melon American Wheat
Jeremy - Club RIS 2.5 or 5 gal?
Jim P - Beer? Bringing bar
Dave R - no beer, well for the public
Randy - 2.5 gal Kolsch or Stout
Randy's wife - DD ticket
Please add and/or update as needed.
