Not sure where you guys were going to rent the van from but we've rented from Cassill motors before.

Our first choice but had no vans available.

Sorry guys, Holli and I have to back out. Had some unexpected things pop up. Should make it a little easier for you to all fit in a van now.

Here is the updated manifest:

There is one room for each of the following couples:
Brian Hall-2
Tim Sines - 2
Daryl and Marilyn McCall - 2

There is one room requested by Randy Carris.

The remaining 3 rooms are assigned to the following:
Dan White/Tom Tapp
Jim Potts/Andrew Konigsmark

Putting us currently at 11.

I dropped out back on May 9 and so did Cal before me. Dan and Tom can be roomies. Have fun everyone.

So unless Cal is back on the trip you have 11.

FYI - We have a van...now just need to work out the details of the pick-up/drop-off point for all of the travellers.

Unfortunately, I have to back out on the trip. Bummed. But we have a room, at the group rate, if someone wants it.

So now we're down to 9. Should we just try this another time?

Are rooms even refundable at this point?

my understanding is that the room rate we have, allows us to cancel...but it might be days or a week in advance. I can check if folks are interested.
