Nathan has finally gotten some of the black swabian pork. And it's not outrageously expensive either. Scored some porkchops to grill this weekend ($8.99/lb). He also had pork belly, too. If I remember right, it was $5/lb. I would have gotten one, but my freezer is overflowing right now. Been stocking up in anticipation of the coming price increases in pork (viral diarrhea) and beef (harsh winter culled herds). Nathan said he's already seeing price increases in pork and lamb, too.
I haven't been down there in a while. He moved across the aisle where the hot sauce folks were. And, he's gotten a glass butcher case, so you can see the products now.
