Here is the recipe I plan to modify, to make an American Wheat with Pacifica hops.
Is it really this simple?

Yes. Most of the character comes from the fruity taste of the wheat malt. Complement that with a touch of late hops and you're good to go. Think about 312 or Oberon or Boulevard Wheat. Very, very simple flavor profile.

Really happy with the results....a nice clean beer. Will make this again for a summer-time brew.
I was really low on my OG, so added some DME (not directly, did a boil and cooled down the wort, and then added to the bucket) with some very vigorous results (blew the top off the bucket!).
I expect to have better numbers next time, using a recirculating mash tun.
